Pricing questions
What happens after checkout?+
You fill out a short onboarding form about your business and pick a time for your setup call. Our team builds the system under your business name and walks you through it. It can be live in as little as 72 hours. Texting turns on once the carriers approve your registration — usually 2 to 4 weeks, and that's their clock, not ours. Calls and email don't wait for it.
What do calls, texts, emails and AI cost?+
They're billed as you use them, on top of your plan. Every rate is our cost plus 50%, and every rate is published in our Pricing & Usage Schedule. Carrier surcharges, texting registration fees and taxes are passed through at exactly what we're charged, with no markup.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. Setup is included on every plan.
Can I cancel and take my data with me?+
Yes. There's no contract. Tell us by email or phone and it takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. We set up an offboarding call to export your customer data and, if you want to keep it, port your phone number — just ask before the cancellation takes effect.
Do I have to replace the software I use now?+
No. Selectlogiq handles the front end — calls, texts, follow-up, reminders and reviews. Your job, booking and accounting software stays. Many tools connect directly or through Zapier; each industry page lists how we fit with the software that trade uses.
Where does my customer information live?+
In the CRM that comes with every plan — or connect the one you already have. You can import your list from Excel or Google Sheets, use the CRM as your all-in-one platform, or never open it at all. Every conversation from every channel sits in one inbox on your computer or the phone app.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Yes. Each system is $2,970 a year — 12 months for the price of 10, so you get 2 months free. You can cancel anytime; a yearly plan simply doesn't renew.
Can I start with one system and add the other later?+
Yes. Most people start with whichever problem is costing them more, then add the other. They're built to work together.
What is the Happy Customer Guarantee?+
Once you're up and running, if you're not happy in your first month, we'll make it right — and if we can't, we refund what you paid us. Usage already used and pass-through fees like carrier registration can't be refunded, because that money goes straight to the carriers.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely at checkout. Prices are in US dollars and don't include taxes.
