What this document covers. This notice explains how Selectlogiq Automations collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information, and the rights and choices you have. It applies when you visit https://selectlogiq.com, call or text us, talk with our AI receptionist, use the Selectlogiq platform, or interact with us in sales, marketing, or support. It also explains the difference between data we control ourselves and data our business clients manage inside their own Selectlogiq accounts.

1. About This Notice

1.1 This notice is issued by Selectlogiq Automations, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Jason Laughead in San Diego County, California, 6977 Navajo Rd, Unit #591, San Diego, CA 92119. Questions and requests: jason@selectlogiq.com or (619) 859-7171.

1.2 This notice describes our practices. It is a disclosure, not a contract. Our agreement with business clients is set out in our Terms and Conditions.

2. Our Two Roles: Our Data vs. Our Clients' Data

2.1 When we decide how data is used. We decide how and why to process personal information about visitors to our website, people who contact us or talk with our AI receptionist, people who sign up for or use a Selectlogiq account, and people who receive our own marketing.

2.2 When we act for a client. Our clients are businesses. They use the Services to answer calls, text and email their own customers and leads, and request reviews. For that data ("Customer Data"), the business you dealt with — not Selectlogiq — decides how it is used, and we process it only to provide the Services to that business.

2.3 If a business that uses Selectlogiq has your information (for example, its AI receptionist answered your call, or it texted you or asked you for a review), please direct privacy questions and requests to that business. If you contact us instead, we will pass your request to them where we can, or tell you who to contact.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information you give us: name, phone number, email address, business name and details, billing information, contact preferences, and the content of your messages, calls, and form submissions.

3.2 Payment information. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, which stores your card details. We do not store full card numbers; we keep limited billing records such as amounts, dates, card type, and last four digits.

3.3 Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed and actions taken on our site, and information collected by cookies and similar technologies (Section 9).

3.4 Calls, recordings, and transcripts. When you call us or a client that uses our AI receptionist, the call may be answered by an AI agent, which will tell you it is an AI. The call may be recorded and transcribed; if so, you will be told at the start of the call, before recording begins, and you can hang up or ask for another way to reach the business.

3.5 Information from connected accounts. If a client connects an account to the Services (such as a Google Business Profile, calendar, or social media account), we receive the information needed to provide the connected features, such as reviews and appointment details.

3.6 We do not knowingly collect biometric identifiers, and we do not use voice recordings to identify people by their voice.

4. How We Use Information

4.1 We use personal information to: respond to your inquiries and book appointments; provide, operate, support, and improve the Services; set up and manage client accounts; process payments; send service and account messages; send marketing you can opt out of at any time; understand how our website and marketing perform; protect the Services and prevent fraud and abuse; enforce our Terms; and comply with the law.

4.2 We do not use our clients' Customer Data to market to their customers for our own purposes, and we do not sell personal information.

5. AI Features

5.1 Our Services include AI features such as AI voice and chat agents and AI review responses. When these are used, the relevant content — messages, call audio, transcripts, and reviews — is processed by us and by our AI service providers to deliver the feature.

5.2 Our AI agents always identify themselves as AI at the start of a conversation.

6. Text Messaging (SMS)

6.1 If you opt in to receive text messages from Selectlogiq — for example, by submitting a form on our website or texting us first — you agree to receive messages from us at the number you provided, which may include replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, account alerts, and, where you have agreed, marketing messages.

6.2 Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact jason@selectlogiq.com or (619) 859-7171. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

6.3 No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver our messages.

7. Email

7.1 Our marketing emails identify us as the sender and include an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will honor your request promptly. We will still send necessary account and billing emails.

8. When and With Whom We Share Information

8.1 Service providers. We share personal information with vendors that help us run the business, under terms that restrict their use of it, including: our licensed CRM and automation platform provider; cloud hosting; telephone, text, and email delivery providers; AI model providers; payment processing; scheduling tools; and website analytics.

8.2 Advertising and analytics. Our website may use analytics and advertising tools (such as those provided by Google and Meta) that collect online identifiers and site-activity data to measure and improve our marketing. You can limit this as described in Section 9.

8.3 Other situations. We may share personal information: with professional advisors; if we transfer the business or its assets, including to a business entity we form; when required by law, subpoena, or government request; and to enforce our agreements or protect the rights, property, or safety of Selectlogiq, our clients, or others.

8.4 We do not sell personal information, and we have not done so in the past 12 months.

9. Cookies and Tracking

9.1 Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not work without them. You can also email jason@selectlogiq.com to ask us to opt you out of advertising-related sharing.

10. Where Information Is Processed

10.1 We are based in the United States, and the Services are hosted in the United States. Some of our service providers may process limited data in other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

11. How Long We Keep Information

11.1 We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this notice. Client account data is kept while the account is active and deleted after the account is canceled, as described in our Terms and Conditions, Section 10. Inquiry and marketing records are kept until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed. We keep billing and tax records as long as the law requires.

12. How We Protect Information

12.1 We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and the security features of our platform and service providers. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Your Rights and Choices

13.1 Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: know what personal information we have about you and get a copy; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; opt out of marketing, targeted advertising, and any "sale" or "sharing"; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

13.2 How to make a request: email jason@selectlogiq.com or call (619) 859-7171. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email and stop texts by replying STOP.

13.3 We will verify your identity before acting on a request, using information we already have where possible. You may use an authorized agent, but we may ask for proof of the agent's authority.

13.4 We respond to verified requests within 45 days and may extend that once by another 45 days where reasonably necessary, telling you why. If we decline a request, we will explain why, and you may appeal by replying to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line.

13.5 If your request concerns Customer Data held by one of our business clients, Section 2.3 applies.

14. California Disclosures
